Is the initial conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation is always without charge and without obligation. Its purpose is simply to determine whether there is a fit between what you need and what we offer.
How quickly can you begin an engagement?
Most engagements begin within five to ten business days of agreement. For time-sensitive transactions, we can mobilise more rapidly where required.
Where are your clients based?
Our clients are based across multiple geographies. While our origins are in Southern Africa, our operational assessment methodology is not geographically constrained. We work with investors and operators wherever the transaction sits. For engagements that require on-site presence outside our base, we discuss coverage and logistics as part of the scoping conversation.
What if you are not the right fit for our needs?
We will tell you. If your requirements fall outside our expertise or capacity, we will say so directly and, where possible, recommend an alternative provider.
